Engine for Mass ID System (eMIS)
eMIS is a comprehensive in-house system developed for large ID projects. It provides a mechanism to manage each phase of the ID lifecycle. eMIS is a software engine for managing the records of millions of individuals who are enrolled, registered, authorized and provided with secure identification such as smart cards. eMIS has a modular structure and an open architecture. It can be deployed for various combinations of front ends, card types, personalization equipment, field terminals, LAN/WAN configurations, RDBMS, operating systems and servers. It has been deployed across diverse platforms and thus provides effective interoperability among different elements, giving customers the flexibility and choice to address complex operational and business issues.

Smart Secure
Computer security is of paramount importance today, when computers form the backbone of all major operations and business. Protecting data has become a critical task that demands great care because private information is now easily available at the click of the mouse to people who want to misuse it. This problem has to be countered by a foolproof and tamperproof technology that will assure users that their valuable data is protected and secure at all times. Keeping this in mind, Smart Secure® has been developed as a solution to the problems of PC security.

Smart secure is used to secure access to PCs, using smart cards for locking and encrypting logins, files and folders. It is the first of its kind, as it provides the user with three types of security, i.e. security of working documents, of particular applications and of the PC/laptop as a whole.

SmartCOS
SmartCOS® is incorporated in sophisticated smart card chips, based on microprocessors with large memory and hardware support for security functions. The chip can be fed with data and a variety of application programs that can be updated whenever necessary. A high level of security protects both the card issuer and the cardholder from unauthorized access. SmartCOS® with Public Key provides digital signatures and enables secure electronic commerce. The SmartCOS® card operating system provides the technology for hosting several applications from various industry domains on a single smart card. Card issuers save costs, and consumers have the convenience of needing only one card. Multifunctionality demands a high degree of interoperability and security.

Smart Portal Access
Smart Portal Access is a smart card-based solution that extends business-critical information to customers, employees, partners and suppliers through trusted and simplified access control. Smart Portal Access makes it much more convenient and secure for users to log in to company resources by consolidating all credentials/user identities onto one smart card and automating access through Single Sign-In.

Attendance System
This system, which can operate in a standalone environment, minimizes the need for online networking and dependence on a central database and reduces paperwork. The smart attendance system helps customize the solution based on an organization’s working time and vacation policy. It processes data to get relevant attendance and vacation information, helps mark OD / tour status of employees and generates reports, which can be utilized for attendance / vacation management.

Upastithi is available in two versions:
- Smart Attendance System (Ver 1.0a): In this version attendance is registered on different terminals by the employees and the data is consolidated at a central location (a server). The communication between the server and the terminal could be through cable/modem. The final output is in a form of a text file, which is generated in the application path.
- Smart Attendance System (Ver 1.0b): This is the PC-based biometric (fingerprint) version of attendance registration on the PC. After checking the validity of the card, the fingerprint of the user is verified. If it matches, the transaction is added to the text file created in the application path.
